Mel showed excellent customer service – she was prompt in her responses and ensured my satisfaction with the product and service. She seemed to always be looking at what more she could do for me and the car, going the ‘extra mile’. She was honest and upfront in our interactions, and constantly kept me informed about the progress of the purchase.

Unlike most car salespeople I have come across who are sales-focused, Brisbane Car Brokers are more so dedicated to the industry and the people. They had the car for me in 2 weeks instead of the 5 months that I would have had to wait if I had gone through a dealer.
